QiGong Workshop: Composting Stress and Tension into Vitality will take place at the om.life Wellness Sanctuary Lounge (2nd Floor), and will be led by Erin Kumpf, D.A.C.M., L.Ac., FABORM, of Erin Kumpf Acupuncture & Herbs

What to expect.

In this workshop, Erin will first guide you through QiGong breathing techniques, warmups, and gentle stretching followed by a moving, meditative flow sequence designed to unlock areas of tension and transform stress into vitality.

QiGong (pronounced “Chee gong”) is a branch of Chinese Medicine (along with acupuncture, herbs, nutrition, tui na) with roots in Taoism that incorporates gentle stretchesstrengthening posturesflowing movementbreathwork and meditation. It is a form of self-healing that helps clear emotional stress and release physical lines of tension to promote a sense of well-being, induce deep relaxation, improve immunity and build a healthy reservoir of energy.
