Intro to QiGong

 

Interested in QiGong but have no idea what it is, or if its for you?   Join me, Erin Kumpf, for an hour of QiGong Monday, February 10th at 8am where we will explore all the health benefits of this ancient practice which incorporates breath work, gentle stretching, activating movements,  and slow meditative flows that help to benefit elevate our energy, help us feel clear, calm and vibrant.

No equipment necessary except loose, comfortable clothing and no prior experience is needed.  This longevity promoting practice is beneficial for all ages and all abilities.
