What is QiGong?
QiGong is a mind-body-spirit practice that has its roots embedded in Chinese Medicine. This ancient art form incorporates gentle postures, stretches, flowing movements, breath work and meditation with the goal of unlocking stagnant energy and areas of tension in our bodies and transforming it into vitality. It is a fantastic way to benefit our mental and physical health.
Each morning I will guide you through 45 minutes of breathing techniques, activating energetic meridian lines, gentle stretching and flowing movements to help unlock your energetic potential. QiGong is great way to start your day, leaving you feeling grounded yet energized.
