We do not bill insurance; however, we are happy to provide you with an insurance super bill (aka a coded receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company directly for reimbursement (depending on your plan). Note: most insurance plans do not cover acupuncture for fertility or cosmetic treatments.
All products and services we provide must be paid for at time of visit.
